Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards of different amounts, valid on all our items available in store or on our website. To order one, go to the Gift Card page.
Do you offer delivery service?
We offer delivery in the greater Montreal area, within a maximum radius of 40 kilometers from our store on the Plateau Mont-Royal. The base rate is $5.95 + $0.95 per kilometer. If you are outside the service area, write to us (link to contact form) or contact us by phone at 514-522-6555 so that we can evaluate the possibilities and costs.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, we offer two time slots: one at the start of the day (between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.) and one at the end of the day (between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.). If you have a preference for more restricted hours, you can let us know when you order and we will try to accommodate your request as much as possible.
Can you do same day delivery?
Yes, we take deliveries for the same day until 11:30 a.m. Orders will be delivered before 7:00 p.m.
What do you do if the person is not home when you deliver?
When ordering, we ask you to indicate the telephone number of the person who will receive the order. So, if the person is absent at the time of delivery, we will call them to notify them of our visit and see with them how to proceed or if possible, we will leave the bouquet with a neighbor or in front of the door. However, we will not be responsible for the bouquet from this point on. Before ordering a delivery, please ensure that the recipient will be at home. If we are unable to contact the person and we are not able to leave the bouquet in front of the door, with a relative or neighbor, we will be obliged to return the bouquet to the store and no refund will be possible. . However, we may reschedule delivery for another date. In this case, delivery costs will have to be paid a second time.
What is the seasonal bouquet made of?
The seasonal bouquet is a “florist’s choice” bouquet. This means that our florists compose the bouquet based on the flowers available and their inspiration of the moment.
I want specific colors and/or flowers that I cannot find in existing bouquets, can I make a personalized order?
Yes, you can select the seasonal bouquet (florist's choice) and tell us in the “Special ordering instructions and/or card message ” section the colors and flowers you want for your bouquet. We will do our best to make a bouquet according to your requests with the flowers available. You can also call us at 514-522-6555 to find out flower availability before placing your order.
Can I ask to change some flowers from one of the bouquets already composed (example: Kyoto, Kobe, Hiroshima etc.)?
Yes absolutely, if you like the style of one of our bouquets, but there are one or more flowers that you like less, you can tell us in the “Special ordering instructions” section and/or message to be inserted in the card” when ordering. So, we will replace them with other available flowers.
The bouquet I received does not look like the photo on the website, flower for flower, is this normal?
When possible, we compose the bouquet with exactly the same flowers as in the photos shown. However, depending on the seasons and availability, we cannot have the same flowers all year round. In the event that certain flowers are not available, we compose the bouquet in the same shades and the same style as the chosen bouquet, replacing them with other flowers.
Do you make dried flower bouquets?
Yes, you can visit our dried flowers section online, visit us in store or call us to place an order.
Do the plants come with the planter?
The majority of plants come without a planter (unless otherwise indicated). You can choose a planter in addition to your plant in our Vases & Pots section.
Why doesn't my plant look exactly like its photo on the website?
Plants are living organisms, depending on their growth and the environment where they were grown, they may grow slightly differently. However, we assure you that in addition to being healthy, we always send you the same variety and pot size as ordered.
I am a company, and I would like to order a large quantity of plants and/or flowers, is it possible to get a quote?

Do you offer weekly or monthly subscriptions?
Yes, we offer floral subscriptions. You will find all the information in our Floral Subscription section.
I'm getting married soon and I would like to discuss prices with you, how can I do this?

What is your refund policy?
Due to logistics and transaction fee reasons, no refunds will be offered. However, we offer you credit or an exchange (with the exception of fresh flowers). No credits/exchanges will be accepted after 7 days of purchase.
