Cancellations: We do not process refunds for reserved workshops, including for personal, professional, or medical cancellations. However, if you cancel 48 hours before the workshop, we can exceptionally reschedule your participation for a later date, subject to availability.

Shipping & Returns

We offer delivery in the greater Montreal area, within a maximum radius of 40 kilometers from our store on the Plateau Mont-Royal. The base rate is $5.95 + $0.95 per kilometer.
